Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you receive an item that is not right for you. If you need to make a return you must notify us within 15 days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

• All products must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure a correct credit. Write clearly the RA# on the Outside of the box
• A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Spirit Mobility within 15 days of delivery.
• Once the RA has been received from Spirit Mobility, you will receive instructions on where to return the scooter.

We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid and shipped back within 10 days. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 5-7 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.


Non-Returnable Items:

Accessories cannot be returned unless received damaged. If anything is damaged/not working properly, you would first work with our manufacture service team to troubleshoot. 

Luggie parts and batteries purchased separately (from scooter) are non-returnable.

Any Customized Built Scooter

Any Promotional Scooters that are discounted $100 or more from the listed price and where a discount code is applied. These products have been sold with minimal margins, and hence, there is no room left to accept returns.  Please do not buy from Spirit Mobility unless you agree with this condition.

Any scooters with larger than STANDARD seat are unable to be returned.

Products Purchased via Finance are not eligible for a Return (Unless damaged or not operational upon delivery)


Refused Goods:

If delivery of an item is refused, outward & return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply. 



Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address.

Orders canceled before the item are shipped the customer is entitled to a full refund minus a 4% card processing fee.
