Return Policy

If an order is not delivered as ordered or damaged, we will fix the issue for free. It is up to the customer to make sure products are not damaged before accepting delivery. Spirit Mobility will offer a free refund for unprocessed products. Once the order is processed, the return policy below is applicable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns with seven days of delivery with a restocking fee up to 30%. To qualify for a return, please see the following conditions:
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging. If signs of use are observed, the return may not be accepted
  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer
  • Spirit Mobility must be notified of a return request within seven days of delivery
