Spirit Mobility is not able to bill your insurance company directly, but we are definitely here to help you with the process. Some insurance providers may provide reimbursement but we can't make any guarantees and you should verify eligibility. We will provide you with a copy of your invoice and you will also need to provide them a letter of medical necessity from your doctor. We recommend calling your insurance company first, let them know what item you want and see if you are covered under your particular policy. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How long is the warranty?

We only sell mobility scooters from the most reputable mobility companies in the industry that stand behind their products.
